Data Centre
Data centre power is provided by 2 diverse power suppliers, so if power from
one supply fails the second supply will continue to provide adequate power.
In the event of an area-wide power cut, the UPS systems will provide
power while dual 900kVA diesel generators with automatic 25 second fail-over start. Two
generators ensure that power is still provided even if one generator fails.
Data centre temperature is controlled by multiple air conditioning systems.
Physical security is provided by 24/7 guard patrols, CCTV and multi-point
controlled access to the building and data rooms.
The Data Centre is not located in an area prone to flooding.
Adequate fire prevention measures are in place.
