Once the user's name has been supplied, Eudora will ask for the email address for this mail box. Enter the email address, as supplied by Swift Internet. name@domain.suffix)

Then insert your mail account's Username, as provided by Swift Internet.

Eudora then requires the addresses for the incoming and outgoing mail servers.
The incoming mail server address will be provided by Swift Internet (either mail.swiftinter.net , mail2.swiftinter.net , mail3.swiftinter.net, mail4.swiftinter.net, mail5.swiftinter.net or mail6.swiftinter.net).

Set the mail server type to POP.

The outgoing mail address depends on the type of dial up/ routed account you are using to connect to the internet. If the connection is via Swift Internet, then the outgoing mail server address will be provided (smtp.swiftserve.net).

If the connection is via another ISP, then their mail server address will need to be entered.Contact your ISP and ask them for your outgoing mail server address.

That's it. Your mail account has been successfully created.

Checking Mail

Eudora will require the user to enter the mail account password (provided on your Siwft Internet paperwork) when connecting, prior to downloading any incoming mail messages. To have Eudora remember this password, the "Save password" option will need to be enabled, via TOOLS, OPTIONS.

Adding accounts

Additional accounts can be added, by selecting the personalities menu and clicking new, to re-run the wizard.
